EXIT M25 at Junction 10 onto A3. Proceed South for approx 18 miles. EXIT A3 at Milford Junction, following signs to A283. Proceed on A283 (towards Petworth) for 1 mile. You will find us on the left hand side of the road a fifth of a mile after passing the 'Witley' sign and 100 yards before Star Pub, which is on the right hand side of the road. Wizard Video Productions Ltd (also our family business) and our coin office are in the same building. Please note that we have wheelchair access with no steps.Free parking lay-by opposite our premises. (map)

If you cannot post your coins to us, please observe the following procedure

when calling at Malcolm Ellis Coins to buy or sell your coins.

Please do NOT visit without making a prior appointment by phoning 01428 685566.

 

Stop at the black iron gates to the left of Wizard Video Productions and

telephone us and we will open the alarmed security Gates.

Please drive 20 metres towards the back of the premises and park by

the lawn to the right, nearly in front of our dealing conservatory.

You will see the dealing area located 6 m from the parking spot.

You will then be able to sit in a warm and sheltered spot close to the conservatory window glass, at all times witnessing my inspection of your coins and the subsequent offer.

This procedure will ensure that not only will we strictly adhere to the 2m safe social distancing rule but, in addition, extra precautions are taken by double glazing thus offering total protection.

Please bring your bank details so we can make an immediate bank transfer to your account and you can check that you have received the funds. 

Alternatively some cash may be able to be arranged.

Also for deals over £5,000 please ensure you bring photocopies of your Photo ID and Utility bill so as we can complete the sales invoice or purchase invoice.

BY POST     Please pack your coins, (and any medals for which we will quote you a price)
in a padded envelope which are obtainable from the Post office or stationers.

Send your coins to us by 
Royal Mail Special Insured Delivery
, which we have always found to be prompt and reliable.
Packets can be insured for up to £2,500 each and cost about £10.00. 

We will refund you 50% of the postage cost per envelope.
We will receive by 1pm the next day and telephone you to confirm receipt and payment amount. 
Please include your telephone number.

 We pay by immediate bank transfer, so please supply your bank sort code and account number.

PAYMENT AND POSTAGE FOR CUSTOMERS BUYING COINS AND MEDALS FROM US

Payment please by Cheque or Bank Transfer adding £10 for each £2,500 to cover the Insurance and Special Delivery Postal Charge

Or collect in person after funds are cleared and only by arrangement allowing 24 hour’s notice to get our stock on the premises

Regret NO cash deals over £5000.

Any orders over £5000 will require Photo ID and utility bill.

All orders supplied with invoice.

For customers not collecting their order from our office we send your order by Royal Mail Special Insured Delivery service for  £10.00 per envelope insured for the maximum insurance of £2,500 in value per envelope. 

Larger value orders will be sent in several envelopes at £10.00 each. For heavier silver lots between 5 and 10 kilos, the Royal Mail Special Insured delivery charge is between £19 and £24.20.

If you are unable to visit us, you can use the Post Office's
next day insured service known as Royal Mail Insured Special Delivery.
    

We have always found this Royal Mail Insured Special Delivery service to be efficient, prompt and reliable.

Please pack your coins, (and any medals or banknotes, for which we will quote you a price.)
in a padded envelope which is obtainable from the Post office or stationers.

Send them to us by

Packets can be insured for up to £2,500 each and cost about £10.00.
We will pay you £5.00 per envelope towards this cost.

We will receive by 1pm the next day & sign the receipt and telephone you to confirm receipt and payment.

If you prefer payment by cheque please provide your address and  the name to whom you require the cheque payable.

 For customers sending us heavy lots, for example large quantities of Royal Mint Sets and pre-1947 silver coins etc, we will pay 50% of the cost of the Royal Mail Special Insured Delivery. As a guide these costs are 10kg maximum for one parcel insured for £2,500 = total cost £24.20
